Tom Bull, one of most professional people I ever meet in 15 years of professional business. His ability to provide unconditional help and come up with financing deals in less then 72h is outstanding. No so many people can do that. I am the CEO of Leapfrog Property Developments and with Tom's help we have managed to secure not just a fantastic financing deal for one residential development but also a long term business strategic partnership with of the most forward thinking lenders in Britain. Clovers Financial Solutions staff members are transparent, very helpful and very polite. I have been dealing with James Piper for nearly a year, he has always been so prompt in answering my questions and in a way that I can understand. If I needed any mortgage advice in the future, I would definitely use James. Keep up the good work James :-)

I've had fantastic service from this company. All of the staff have been friendly and knowledgeable. They returned calls promptly and provided details answers to my questions. This is the best company I've dealt with in years for quality of service.

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. We sought advice on a mortgage because of a fairly complex situation relating to our property sale. I was a co-owner of the property seeking to buy out the other co-owner and purchase the property with my partner. The property we were seeking to purchase was and now is our home. I gave all of the background to the situation to the broker and was relying on their 'expert' advice. They did not seem to be clear on the fact that this was a re-mortgage, rather than a new mortgage. In their incompetence, they indicated that we needed a significantly larger deposit to secure the property than was actually required. It turned out that the amount of deposit they indicated we would need was about 9K more than required. In reality, as we found out much later, we did not need such a large amount for our deposit. However, before we became aware of this, via our solicitor, based on their faulty advice, had we not been able borrow money from our inlaws, we could have lost out on the sale. In addition to this, our solicitor had to chase them up repeatedly and in the end, our solicitor was responsible for pushing through the transaction and liaising to sort things out with the mortgage provider, not Clover Financial. On top of this, they sent someone else's bank details to us and gave incorrect information about my birthdate to the mortgage provider. When I contacted them about all of this they were evasive and insisted that they had given correct advice. They also indicated they would correct the error around my birthdate. They did not. A truly awful experience. We were very disappointed with the advice we received and it could have cost us our home. I would avoid, avoid, avoid.
