I ordered a pet memorial & its just been delivered. Its lovely & such a fitting tribute to a loved pet. When they sent the dispatch email there was no tracking number so l emailed them & within an hour they (Jim) responded with the tracking. I had paid 5.95 for delivery & assumed l could track my order but Royal Mail did not allow me to track the order & said they would update details after they attempted to deliver my order ! Not much use. But, BornGifted get 10/10 & Royal Mail 5/10. Thank you BornGifted for such great service & such a lovely memorial for our much loved & missed pet

I would highly recommend this company for the outstanding service that they provide absolutely fantastic. I purchased the most beautiful bracelet personalised for my 3 year old granddaughter. The bracelet arrived in a beautiful gift box with a stunning bracelet and arrived in in few days .
