        Unfortunately our buyers lendor was not willing to lend due to reminnience of spray foam in our loft unless we had it removed. We reached out to Vac-Xtract and they were super helpful from the very beginning. The team done a great job of removal and left the place tidy. We would highly recommend.         This company recently performed an extraction near my residence, and have made a mess of the entire area. There are polystyrene balls everywhere around the area, including a large quantity in the nearby lake. This is absolutely unacceptable, the company should be held accountable for any detritus they create and should make efforts to clean up the area once work is completed.
