Back in the early stage of the Covid19 pandemic I had a letter sent to my home address as a resident of my address and it was to take part in a survey It is all done on line and I believe that other people have taken up a similar survey by phone or face to face but it is a good way of attempting to get accurate surveys There have been a couple of follow up surveys since It would be open to more than one resident of that household When completed there is an option of having a voucher to spend locally and sent electronically The only down side is the access to a computer I had a query when I did not get my first voucher but that was sorted out by the staff and have had them since without a problem If you get an opportunity to take part then do so The survey only takes less than 1/2 hour and not much of a problem at all to do

There have been a couple of follow up surveys since
It would be open to more than one resident of that household
When completed there is an option of having a voucher to spend locally and sent electronically
The only down side is the access to a computer
