We have used this funeral director over the past year and they are just amazing. At a time when things can be overwhelming, they just take over and take the pressure off the family. I have been dealing with Sarah at Titchfield and she has been so friendly and efficient right from the start - we are on first name terms now. The process is respectful, helpful and nothing is too much trouble; with a 24 hour on call service there is no need to worry if the inevitable happens at midnight. Sarah explained the process, what we needed to do and what would happen next. I can't recommend them highly enough to take care of your loved ones.

Thank you for your kindness, empathy and compassion while helping us arrange my dad's funeral. It was (and still is) a very difficult time for us, but Kate made the whole planning of dad's funeral as pain free as possible. The day of the funeral couldn't have gone any better either, and you made sure mum (and the rest of us) were comfortable on what will be the hardest day of her life. We could tell that the care dad received while in their care would have been first class. The ceremony itself was lovely and dad/his coffin was treated with so much love and respect. Was so pleased with the funeral service provided for my mum 3 weeks ago, the service was beautiful and Sarah looked after me throughout this sad time! My mum would of been over the moon with her send off and I cant thank A H fremantle enough! Highly recommended
