        I arrived at stewarts garden centre to find that they no longer allow dogs. As maidenhead is within the centre I was in a bit of a pickle. I phoned maidenhead aquatics explaining I had come down for a products, they sent a member of the team out to hold my dog while I ran in to pay. Fantastic customer service, thanks guys!

        Amazing stock & service. Staff in store answered all my (many) questions, and even did a live demo of a filter clean for me. Not once did they make feel like an idiot, and they let me buy the nicest fish in the shop too :) Well worth the hour+ drive....the lovely cafe and garden centre were the icing on the cake.

        Bought my 1st Discus Aquarium from Fair Oak branch 20 years ago. Dropped out of the hobby for 10 years and started up with marines 18 months ago, what a learning curve. The team are always helpful, Darren, Ben, James and Lauren provide great advice, when I have had an issue with equipment they always go the extra mile to resolve. A real bonus they are happy to keep fish and corals until I am ready to collect. Latest addition a stunning flame angel.
