Impressive free to visit ruin. Although note it costs 2 to park for non-English Heritage stickered cars. Originally a monastery, that was then taken over & converted into a manor house. While the structure is roofless & without floors, parts still stand to original 3rd storey roof height. While other original ancillary building walls locations are picked out by gravel cuttings or only have partial height walls remaining
