Shaun and his son Louie (please forgive me if the spelling is wrong) did a majestic work installing our engineered wooden floor, throughout our flat. Extremely thorough, kind, punctual, expert and helpful professional. We highly recommend him. He is quick and precise in his work, and the final result was exceptional. He went also above and beyond his role, helping us moving the furniture back in position, even if he were not supposed to. Thanks Shaun and Louie. Thanks also Jenny for the responsive and clear communications. Service: Install flooring

We had an engineered oak wooden floor laid by Premier Wooden Flooring. Workmanship was fine but the lack of attention to detail has left us extremely disappointed. The nature of oak boards is knots and cracks are filled - this is normal. The correct fitting process of the flooring is these boards are hidden or discarded by the floor fitter and the manufacture also suggest that no 2 planks with filler are laid next to each other. Unfortunately, the planks were laid as it came out of the box without being checked for filler, resulting in the boards in front of our feature fireplace having large unsightly filler. When we raised the issue with Shaun, he saw nothing wrong with it and if he was doing the job again he'd lay it the exact same way. Appreciate the difference in standards but having spoken to the supplier and manufacturer, the normal practice is for the fitter to lay the boards as described above. Shaun was unable to offer any solution, nor were the retailer or manufacturer as it had already been laid. Writing this honest review as we don't want anyone else being as disappointed as we are having spent a huge amount of money on the flooring and fitting. Hope this is helpful
