Their fitter measured my Karndean flooring and fitted.I had two Unopened boxes left over and i wanted to return back n store manager said you cant return back because its comes from special order? Really !? So i have to trough away 280
There is no return policy details on the
website or a contact to progress my complaint.
In the past i ordered Karndean flooring from Tile Flair n i had few boxes left over n they happily let me return them back .Wish i just choosed flooring from them.
Very Dissapointed and definitely wont return back to their stores! once they have your money, they aren't interested anymore.
