        Stood at tills today whilst the till staff desperately tannoyed for Sean and Hilary to come to the tills and do refunds, but 20 mins and still no-one arrived apparently Hilary was taking in the delivery and Sean was on a break but couldn't be bothered to come and sort the massive qeues at the tills, 3 of which were waiting for a manager eventually, someone turned up not Sean or Hilary and managed to sort the refunds. Very poor customer service from the management.
