Barchester - Florence Court Care Home

I had an amazing time at the Easter Fair, lots to do, a lovely place and well organised. Great to see the residents and families enjoying themselves.

Had a guided tour of Florence Court today and was very impressed by the relationship between the staff and the residents. There is clearly a lot of fondness on both sides and I was made to feel very welcome. The accommodation itself feels like a luxury hotel and the food looked absolutely delicious!

The Staff are extremely warm and welcoming and run the place in a friendly yet professional manner. So beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. Place always has a happy atmosphere about it.

My family member is a resident at Florence, I have never once doubted the safety or care of her or any other residents. The staff treat my relative as if she was their own. Put frankly, there is no home I've ever visited that I'd rather my relative to be in. She deserves the best of the best and I truly believe this is exactly what Florence provides. Excellent care, compassion and support. The staff are incredible . I can only hope when I'm old I'll have access to the same quality care. Thank you Florence!

Visited a family friend. Lovely facilities with some wonderfully friendly staff, the hostess bought us a cup of coffee and biscuits, which was most welcome.
