I went to Carpetright in Segensworth, Fareham, wanting three rooms covered with different flooring and was really impressed with the service I received. A big thank you to AJ and Sharon who were so friendly and helpful. Even when I changed my mind twice on flooring types a couple of days later, I spoke to Lucy that time who was very accommodating in making sure I would be happy with the changes and finished results. I will be definitely using them again for other projects in the near future.

Tony served us again today at the Fareham store and was extremely helpful. We were purchasing a second carpet for my grandmothers house. Tony completed the process quickly and efficiently.

We were looking to purchase a new carpet but werent sure of the best carpet. We visited Carpetright in Fareham and the sales lady Sharon, gave us really helpful advice answering all the questions without making us feel pressured. Nothing was too much trouble for her and whilst many sales people would have tried to push a sale, she was so very helpful with a very relaxed and approachable manner. We had been to a couple of other shops with similar styles of carpet but it was the sales approach from Sharon which gave us the confidence to make our purchase from Carpet right. Sharon was a credit to the company and I would look for her when buying another carpet.
