Great little place with a good range of equipment, cardio and free weights. Open 24 hours for convenience. Cheap for non member.s at only 5 a sesh and very reasonable membership rates. Well worth a visit

An absolutely fantastic place. I have been to my fair share of gyms, trying to find one that works for me, and now I have found Atlas. Just being off the motorway, it is so easy to get to and is open 24/7. This is a gym where people come to better themselves, and everyone starts from the beginning. Everyone knows that here and are always more than happy to help you out whenever you need. The personal trainers are great at giving advice on how to achieve your goals and are always more than happy to give you a hand whenever you need it. The gym is very spacious so no matter what you are doing you will always have a good section to yourself, and plenty of room to do so. The equipment is way above par, the quality and variety of this stuff is amazing, it really makes this place unique. Plus its always nice to know that there is always equipment ready for when you are. I highly recommend this place, great place to start no matter what goal you have!
