Terrible experience. Designer came and did initial visit. Made lots of mistakes which the surveyor had to change resulting in a much increased price. When contacting head office they did not phone us back as promised and the initial designer did not answer our calls. Absolutely terrible service. We've cancelled our order now and hopefully will get our deposit back as promised.

Booked one appointment to the showroom, which was cancelled by the designer one day before. Booked another appointment and for my surprise when we got to the showroom the guy said he couldn't quote for us (many excuses).even informing in advance that we had the approximated measures. Awful customer service, and after insisting, the guy did some drawings and said he would send the quote via email, confirmed my email, and guess what? Never sent it. I would never ever recommend Sharps to anyone... EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, YOU ARE THE WORST.

After my visit today I am not surprised to see such low ratings. I had someone come out today (who is the person who provides the training normally). When I mentioned I couldn't afford the quote given for the bedrooms, he packed his suitcase and left right away. He did not even bother to look at my lounge for the TV unit despite us discussing this. I am not impressed! Management need to sort this out.

Mediocre. I really expected a professional service when I paid 2 and a half grand for a 3 door wardrobe. The installation was stressful to say the least. Sharps is just a design company, i didnt expect a 3rd party- self employed carpenter to be given the design on paper, that he hasnt been through with sharps- to make and install on the day. It was a shambles. The parts werent labelled and he was looking through the peices of wood to figure out whats what! And the paper work wasnt even clear as the most important part of my wardrobe, the back shelves, werent clearly written or drawn on, and i had to tell him what i want on the day. Sharps promised that there will be mimimal cutting and he wont cut in the room, which was untrue as he had to cut nearly every single peice and in the room! He didnt bring any dust sheets with him and looked displeased as i had to request him to get some from our local screwfix. He over ran his planned days and we had to cancel our weekend plans. Sharps took 30 off to compensate me, thats like 1 percent of the total. Not happy.
