Rob from Marshalls is very unprofessional. He does not do what he say's he is going to do when he says he is going to do it. He does not communicate, when he says he will contact you he doesn't. I have waited over a month for him to get on and do a job. When I asked him about this he said he was doing me a favour (even though he had quoted a relatively high price for a job ] and then he put the phone down on me. He was providing a service that I was paying for. Customers should not have to keep phoning up begging for a job to be done which is over the promised time. Likewise if a company promises to ring to notify of when they can carry out a job , they should actually make contact.This is a tradesman who feels the onus is on him rather than providing acceptable customer service. I do not recommend this company.
