Very knowledgeable physios and have always left feeling like a new person. Adding reformer Pilates in to my weekly life has supported the physio has made such a difference to my overall well being. The staff are also really friendly and helpful when arranging classes and appointments.

We are so lucky to have this amazing studio just a few miles away. The reformer pilates sessions are tailored to your capabilities and are such a fun way to tone your body, while in lovely company.

We first discovered Studio Zest 4 years ago when we had recently moved to the area and my husband had suffered a slipped disc. We were referred to Mark Bender. Mark did an amazing job of helping my husband to completely recover and recuperate which was a tall order as we were travelling to New Zealand 9 weeks later! Since then my husband is now a regular attendee at Pilates Reformer classes with Charlie, and highly recommends Dulcie too. He rarely misses a class. Personally, I too have suffered several complicated neck, back and shoulder issues which Mark has resolved. We feel incredibly lucky to have discovered this wonderful team of very talented physiotherapists. Neither of us would go anywhere else Marks philosophy is to keep moving which is the opposite of what you want to do when youre injured, but he fills his clients with confidence and trust, he is compassionate and understanding. With his wealth of experience and expertise, he is able to tailor make individual treatment for each client and class, and help them to meet their own needs. I love the reformer classes too, they are quite tough, but fun and I always feel better after a session at studio zest. I would highly recommend this studio for Physiotherapy and Reformer classes, the staff are all welcoming, engaging and helpful. Thank you Team Studio Zest

I visited Studio Zest to see Mark Bender for a back issue that I had been battling for years. Mark approached the issue from a different angle to any other physio I had seen over the years and within a few sessions he had me in a much better place. 8 months on from his treatment and advice I am now completely back pain free. I would really recommend visiting Mark and his team.
