Staff at this chemist are very helpful and friendly. Having great dificulty in obtaining anti-biotics.They helped me to transfer my husbands prescription from my chemist whos supply had run out to theirs, and have a really late closing time which is so handy in this day and age. My husband and I would like to thank you for your kindness and help.

I received a call at 9.00pm from a clinician on 111 to say that I needed to collect a prescription from Tiptree Pharmacy, I was told by the clinician that it was open until 10.00pm. I drove 15 minutes to find the pharmacy closed and could not get an response on the phone. I would like to suggest that the pharmacy change the notice on the front door and inform the NHS that you are not open at 9.00pm. so Frustrating

I tried to pick up my prescription today after previously unsuccessfully trying the day before as the medication had not been delivered. Today the receptionist told me that it was now with the pharmacy but that it wasn't ready. Initially I was told it was ok to wait but after five minutes the lady at the desk told me that I was causing a problem as other people were having to wait outside as I was taking up space on the seat. When I asked where I should wait I was told to go to Tesco's or wait in my car like everyone else does. I asked for just two of my tablets as I was feeling unwell without them but this was refused. I am still waiting for them to get my medication ready. Do not use this pharmacy if you are unwell or vulnerable. The treatment I just received was awful.

Awful. Went in 24 hours after prescription sent in. Not ready as we are a day behind and both pharmacists on a company Zoom call at 12.30pm on a Friday lunchtime. Busiest time, no timeframe for when call finishes. Clueless. No wonder you are behind.
