Been in 3 times now for parcels,
First time the lady was too busy to accept my parcels even though she had seen I was in the que for around 5 minutes. While at waiting patiently for parcels to be scanned out I had a rude lady give me attitude saying do you have a problem and then mimicked and mocked me replying.
