        BikeSOS were quick to respond, collect and return the bike. We gave BikeSOS a complete wreck of a bike and the BikeSOS team returned it in a sparkly state with absolutely brilliant service, and a comprehensive rundown (both written and verbal at handover) as to what was remedied and considerations on the specific bike. They even were able to instantly identify numerous build errors from the bikes original assembly (which I believe was Halfords). We will absolutely be using the guys services again, as they are absolutely top-notch - full trust and confidence in their ability.
