I was suffering from tendinopathy in my heel and went to vital health as they were recommended to me. They made me feel extremely comfortable and explained in detail about my injury. Within 4 weeks the pain had gone and now back to normal. Would highly recommend anyone to go to Vital health!!

I went in with lower back pain, and symptoms of sciatica. After a careful and in depth examination of the issue, I was given an 8 week programme, everything they did helped, with pain moving around the back and legs they adapted each session to target what was need whilst not forgetting to work on the main issue. Everything went perfectly for 8 weeks and the pain slowly but surely subsided with their help and the programme they provided.
