Money money money that's all they think about , tests for this an that when they can clearly see what was rong with my dog , they still wouldn't give her anything for her eyes unless I payed 150 for the same tests she had about 5 months ago as I said money money money no steps, wheelchair access, apart from when you have an aggressive dog I had to walk her about an wait for my appointment which I thought was 3pm but it was 3.30pm by this time I'd walked to far (arthritis) waited longer outside shop to be told Beau wouldn't be seen as operations were going on had to walk away b4 I said what I was thinking they could av txt b4 I left the house but no 40 mins later came my explanation for not getting my appointment not really good enough for someone that can't walk to good.

Will not be taking my animals here again due to one particular owner vet who has an extremeley bad attitude towards me each time we have the misfortune of seeung her and was actually sprayed with disinfectant in the consulting room!. It was at this point i had to write to the head office with my concerns. I then got a call from a lady who gave me nothing but excuses for the vets bad behaviour (under pressure due to covid/was involved in a serious accident). There was absolutely no accountability and was basically told that i was lying!. (I have better things to do). I will be writing directly to RCVS with my concerns as the trestment and level of service up to this point and the phone call today is grossly unacceptable and they need to be monitored

Competent and friendly vets part of a chain. Jo and her team have always been there for us and Hendrix, right up until a sooner than expected end. Only downside is the expense of big interventions or drugs, but in fairness, that is much the same across veterinary practices in the UK so you may want to shop around and most definitely consider insurance.
