        I'm not from this part of the country. So first time using them. From the minute I got into the car till the moment I got out. All the driver did was chatter on his phone in a foreign language. Not once engaged with me. Was so blinded that he didn't realise I'd asked him to stop at the cash machine. Got to be the worst & rudest taxi firm I've ever used. Ridiculously bad customer experience.
