Eye Deal Opticians

My husband and son went for their eye tests, never again! Incredibly rude optician, concerned only about whether they would be picking frames from his shop. He was condescending throughout the examination and downright insulting on one occasion. However, the rest of the store staff are lovely, its a real shame he lets them down so badly!

When your diabetic husband has his Diabetic eye screening and was told off by Optometrist for not attending this opticians the previous year (he didnt attend there as they hadnt got a convenient time/day so went elsewhere as youre only allocated a certain timescale to get it done). He then went onto ask why he hadnt purchased his glasses from them & why he was using driving glasses (mocking him!) and turned around stated youre of no use to me, youre not paying my staffs wages!. So if you dont require glasses youll not be welcome here...his attitude stinks and will be reported to the CCG
