Great help at a time I needed that bit of extra care after my sons car got written off by a bus. The lads I delt with was kind and very helpful could not fault the place or the staff.

To cut a long story short, the whole afternoon had been a catalogue of errors by Iveco which left me on the hardshoulder of the M5 for over 3 hours. Lee at RS Recovery was excellent and instantly put me at ease and was super proactive at trying to help me get back to my base at Exeter. It soon became clear that wasn't going to happen as I would miss the last train of the day (from New Street station). He fired local hotel names at me to Google and managed to organise a taxi to collect me from Guests Iveco at West Bromwich to take me to my hotel. He also let me sit with him in the recovery truck to wait for the taxi rather than leave me by the side of the road alone in the dark. When the taxi did arrive the driver did not know where he was going! Lee noticed we hadn't pulled away and called me to make sure I was OK, I was, but had to navigate the driver via Google maps to the hotel. About half an hour later I finally got to the hotel and Lee rang shortly afterwards to make sure I was alright. He deserves the biggest thank you for his efforts and he was very conscious of the predicament I was in as a lone female. It is heart warming to know that there are some kind and thoughtful chaps out there still and I know I choose to drive for a living and vehicles breakdown (thankfully not too often) but for some reason night time always makes you feel more vulnerable. Excellent service
