NOT RECOMMEND AND NEVER COME BACK !Came in today when it's busy,the gate is open and an exited child run in so quick that I can't stop her quick enough as she love this place,the staff saw her ran in but I still stand right there holding my card ready to pay for her ,instead of cary on you want me go in and get her out I said I still stand here waiting for serving to pay ,but you make it so hard ,you said she still have to come out ,its make me embarrassed right in front of so many people ???why ??? If you recognise me you know that I come in at least one sometime twice almost every week since I knew this place , I will never com in again, such a horrible service .they are racist

Great place. Good value for money. We'll run by the staff. Tables cleaned. High chairs cleaned. All of the staff were very helpful. Will definitely go again. Thank you for making your play area a place that I would come to again. 3 adults and granddaughter.

Don't bother. Terrible. Took my kids drinks off them when we went in because they don't allow drinks from outside (Apprently) yet there were people in there with bottles of juices and big bottles of coke. Even though i stated they wouldn't drink from any bottle except their own. One rule for one and one for another. When questioned they stated no drinks from outside if seen when bought in. Customer service needs much improvement. When trying to order coffee nobody was on the desk, they had to be shouted from the back. When leaving and asked for drinks back they began speaking in their own language to one another. This is rude. Lego room was filthy and all the pieces were broken. Needs improvement.

Play area ok but nothing special,, very dirty floors (need a very good hoovering and washing) Toilets ok but no soap and paper towels.... The biggest minus is.. . they have no lockers so you can't leave your property save(they don't take any responsibility for it).... busy time no space to sit down .....young girls who serving very nice The old lady behind thet till appearance and way she is talking to the people ...I didn't like it. She is at work and I am a client who can complain if something is wrong.I think she forgot about it. My advice..clean up the place !!!
