Carers are amazing. Work and grind, their management in the office is lousy and needs sorting. Company has moved location and changed name since their last problems. They say its 9.50 an hour but they don't actually pay that or follow their contracts given to staff. I have friends and family that work/worked there. I would tell this company to do one, they don't care about theirs staffs mental health or their family situation. Speaking from experience. I rated a two star as the staff in the field graft to the point my other half hasn't seen her son in a week as the hours they force her to work. They wonder why people keep leaving their company. Maybe management should be changed. I've worked as a support worker before never have I seen a place this bad.
