        Totally useless - no complaints procedure, abusive staff, no safe guarding awareness for the vulnerable. Worst company I have ever come across. Avoid at all costs

        This company is absolutely unprofessional ridiculously understaffed and the staff are rude. They do not train their workers well and have no empathy towards families. The workers in the office gossip about the workers, are very illiterate and uneducated. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE LOOK AFTER YOUR RELATIVE!

        This company is not very good at all they have no conduct of care never on time and when they do come they are in and out within 10 minutes. When they should spend 30-45 minutes of care carers always rushing around giving wrong medication. When you make a complaint to the managers they really don't care badly managed carers themselves coming sick to a client I strongly do not recommend this company.
