Cupboard handles were received in decent time but one handle had an obvious imperfection. I emailed the company and sent pictures asking for a replacement but my email was ignored. Also, make sure you read the returns policy in their terms and conditions!

Appalling customer service, we can return product at our expense plus 20% re stocking charge ???"Charlotte "is not very helpful at all,she said she would send us a missing bracket,still waiting for it!My advice is do not order from this company!

Order placed 28 Nov. Got email to say order received and then silence. Wrote and asked for an update and have had no response. Don't know whether to order item from somewhere else or just wait.... Now December 12. Update. Did eventually get my order. The knobs were well packaged and good quality. Suspect they just don't have the staff to respond to queries.

Terrible, items wasn't posted till 2 days AFTER expected delivery date, (paid 3rd july and posted 16th july) messages ignored when questioning where items are, then one of the 8 door knobs was faulty, said will send an insert , that was on the 1st august and it is now 12th august and still nothing, again messages ignored. This is well deserved feedback!

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Order placed 3months ago and paid for, still not received the goods. No answer on the phone and not replying to emails, absolutely disgusting.
