Jennifer was very patient and took the time to understand my anxiety. She was able to help me become present and relaxed about my upcoming surgery. I practiced the breathing technique Jennifer taught me on the day of the surgery, which helped to manage my anxiety and keep me calm.

I called Jennifer after looking at her reviews for help with some issues I have been having. From the first call she has been amazing, I have had three sessions and the results have been life changing. I cant thank Jennifer enough, I was sceptical at first, but I went with an open mind and glad that I did. When I came to see Jen, I was suffering terribly with separation anxiety for the last 7 months, it affected my whole life and was ruining my life. I came to see Jen to see if she could help. She was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and made me feel that there was hope for me. She explained how Hypnotherapy would work and it really has. Ive had 3 sessions and feel like my old self. Ive been able to go out with friends, go to the shops and work without feeling the anxiety I used to feel. I feel so much more confident and content. I want to say a big thank you to Jenn for helping me through a sticky patch in my chosen sport. She helped me understand where i was and what i needed to do to move forward.
