Am a member here and I've noticed that when it comes to queuing up to talk to member of staff am left queuing for ages but as soon as a white person stands behind me a second member of staff will become available all off a sudden.... Like seriously you saw me waiting and ignored me but as soon as it was a white person you open. Today was even worse, I queued and this entitled white lady came in and stood in front of me even though I had been queuing and to make matters worse the receptionist who was helping me literally said, ow mind if I just help this lady first it will be quick!! It wasn't and thats not even the point..... This is micro aggression at its best, and it happens a lot at the Wednesbury site. Just because am black doesn't make my time any less valuable.
