Dissapointing, went in for appointment with Nurse today first thing at 09:00 I got pulled up for not wearing a mask and it is Surgery rules to wear a mask. I found this strange as I have been in previously last two weeks and nobody has said anything so I challenged it. I was provided a mask (thank you) and noticed whilst waiting fellow colleague for Surgery walked in without a mask and when my appointment finished a lady was not wearing a mask waiting while I booked my next appointment. If these are the rules everyone needs to be on the same page and set in stone. I don't like mixed and incorrect messages. I know this is down as a review complaint but hopefully the surgery will pickup on this and set a uniform across the board. Moral of story is it's not the law to wear a mask and if the surgery insist it has to be done on premises then that is fine... but everyone must comply else there is no point.

Spoke to Julie and she was unfriendly and unhelpful. Questioned why I wanted a paper copy of my blood test request, questioned in a frustrated angry tone why I wanted to know what was in a routine blood test, told me to chase the hospital for a sleep apnea test I had earlier this year then she hung up without me replying to her. When I rang the hospital they advised the dr should be chasing the results. That surgeries receptionists are vile and make you feel worse than you already are when calling. The calls arent recorded, they all need training on basic customer service skills and need to use a dictionary so they can understand the word - empathy. I do NOT recommend this surgery to anyone unless youre prepared to consistently get into a verbal war over simple things that youre eligible to know under the GDPR act.

I was calling today to get registered with them I was told 1.5 miles is to far by them and they cant register me ! I was explaining I dont want another ones as thats my choice the lady just close the phone! Is in acceptable this kind of attitude in the medical system!
