Excellent service from first contact. Andy made the process easier during an obviously difficult time. He made sure all arrangements were covered as we were not in a state to remember everything ourselves. The day itself went well and again total respect from all members of Walters staff involved. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Absolutely perfect from my first phone call , to meeting Steph , planning mum's funeral - Jackie (Joyce) Taylor to all the emails calls to the actual day of the funeral. The drivers on the day were so caring especially to my Dad. Really recommend Walters to help you get through hard times . Once again Thank you to Steph and the team

First time I have had to organise a funeral and it was sadly for my brother. I choose A & A Walters after recommendations from friends. They were professional and helpful from day 1. We dealt mainly with Kim and nothing was too much trouble and he was always at the end of the phone to answer questions, even creating a personal order of service to suit our wishes. The day of the funeral was perfect and everyone commented they hadnt attended a funeral like it before. I can definitely recommend them for the personal family run business touch.
