        Searched for 15mm lever ball valves for 18 months.I wanted brass only, NOT brass covered in nickel plate & chrome.E-mailed the company and coversed with a knowledgable gentleman whom assured me, the valves were brass only.Very reasonable price paid for valves and carriage was reasonable cost, collection is available also.Ordered the valves on Tuesday and they arrived on Friday well packed and exactly what I wanted.Can't praise the company enough, one very satisfied customer.

        I ordered some valves to be sent to the U.S. After I placed my order I thought I might have ordered the wrong parts. They placed my order on hold and helped me determine which valves I needed. They shipped them to me super fast and I they worked like a charm.
