        I booked an emergency appointment and on the day of the appointment, they cancelled and pre-arranged for next week. Emergency appointment! Very disappointed!!!

        Booked in on phone. Staff were friendly Dentist was slightly confused why I was there (I'm new to area and need a regular check up) Think everything was all sorted out on the system though Filling and Clean done there and then See you in 6 months

        I've just come back from here from an emergency all staff was polite they spotted an infection which the big Cradley heath dentist missed! Shame these guys don't do sedation as I'd definitely come here for it. Young Asian dentist and blonde nurse was brilliant can't fault it really. Thank you
