        All the staff that I have ever dealt with at Active have always been so helpful especially Michelle. Michelle goes out of her way to make sure your collection is picked up and delivered on time. I have also spoken with Sue today and again she was most helpful. The management at Active should be very proud of the team they have working for them. Keep up the good work.

        Customer service from driver something to be desired, however after receiving a second delivery from a different driver I have to say his customer service was exemplary. It's a shame this company suffers from some staff who can't be arsed, when they clearly have hard workers there.

        I'm a ex driver left because i was offered loads more money somewhere else you get overloaded of collections after your deliverys and you get spoke to like dirt
