Had back trouble for a long time now. My job is physical and things had built up over time. Went to my doctor who was no help at all so went to see Dr Ridings. Very knowledgeable and seemed know what the problem was and how he could help. I started treatment and noticed an instant improvement. It has taken time to fully resolve the problem but after a few months have no back problems at all. Almost can't believe where I am now to where I was. I can't recommend highly enough. Dr Ridings is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

Had physio and did yoga to relieve my upper/lower back pain and right shoulder pain but the problem remained and so did the pain. Decided to try Purity Clinic to deal with any underlying issues that couldn't be corrected by physio or yoga/exercise. I am happy to report that after 9 sessions with Richard i am virtually pain free,with just a little pain remaining in right shoulder,which is slowly improving with every session. Staff are lovely and approachable to deal with all concerns,i recommend this treatment to anyone who is fed up with their pain

Purity was recommended to me by a relative. I have had lower back and hip pain for around 2yrs now due to bad posture as I sit in a car for long periods of time. After around 12 sessions I can definitely say that my pain is a lot less.. I'm taking a month off due to needing an operation but will be continuing as soon as I'm fit to do so. Thank you Dr Ridings for all your help.

I had been suffering with neck, shoulder and head pain for quite some years and having taken so much medication I just got so desperate one day I thought enough is enough. That's when I went on line and found Richard at Purity Clinic dudley, I made the call and i haven't looked back since. I have reduced the medication and i feel so much like my old self. All I can advise is don't sit there suffering make the call NOW, as I wish I had years ago, Richard you are so knowledgeable, helpful and understanding and you put me at ease. A big thank you as I am virtually pain free x
