Food is indeed delicious and good value for money. But if you are looking for friendly kind professional staff or nice atmosphere then go to Toby Carvery Kings Norton or Quinton. Had 02 deal for 5 with office colleagues in Kings Norton and staff were extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable and sharp. Unlike in Burnt tree where my elderly retired parents were treated like retarded by horrible impatient stressed out rude female supervisor who didnt seem to have trained her blur staff properly esp when my parents tried to use 02.....
