Can't fault this company, went in and ordered 5 sheets of Osb 8'x4' sheets, got them for 18 each( loads cheaper than the so called 'bigger' merchants, and to top that, they delivered within half an hour, top class sevice

Drivers are nice but people working their don't stick what they promise .For example I was told if any thing will be left and you don't need can be returned but when I rang them it was never the case .

Ordered hardcore and quoted delivery for Friday, nothing arrived so chased early Saturday & told that I had request Monday delivery (first lie), advised delivery would arrived same day in afternoonagain not arrived by 4pm so called, advised that they had tried delivering on Friday ( lie 2) & not spoken to me today regarding delivery ( lie 3 ), day & money lost with guy I had arranged to do work, do not buy from these cowboys!!!! Should have no stars but could only put review on if I gave them a star

Only putting one star as I have to put a star! If I could leave none, I would. Terrible customer service and blatant lies. 1. Lie number 1. Ordered a hardcore delivery for Friday AFTER 3pm, as there would be someone in. No delivery came. Rang on Saturday morning to see where the delivery was. They said they had it in the pigeon hole for delivery on Monday and that was that was discussed. 2. Lie number 2. When asked, (Sat morning) they said they could drop it today after they'd dropped their first load. By 4pm, no hardcore was delivered. When rang again, they blatantly said that they had not spoken to us at all today, they did not say that and that 'they were done for the day'. No apology, no truth, terrible customer service. 3. Lie number 3. When they said that they had tried to drop it Friday, they said they tried before 3pm even though after 3pm was asked for. They then claimed that there was someone at the property who told them the delivery was no longer needed. This was ANOTHER lie as there was no one in, hence the after 3pm delivery. They claimed to have rang to see where we were and they did not contact the mobile given. Shocking service from a local company, who in these times you'd think would appreciate the custom. Order cancelled, going elsewhere for all garden / drive needs. Won't be ordering from there again. Pure bare faced lies, disgusting service.
