SCENT SAMPLES

My main perfume wasn't delivered and there was no email or co-correspondence about it. they easily could have emailed me saying that they have accidentally run out of the scent. then I would have bought it from different source. Secondly, the perfume samples i bought they are niche brand but sadly, they last like ten or max thirty minutes. So, I am very doubtful if they were water downed or not. Anyway, I am not gonna buy or spend money on this kind of careless seller anymore who has even no number to contact to and they wouldn't get back to your email quicker. Rather I'll pay little more and get better service.

The scent samplers are amazing!!!! I have bought a few from here now and they have all lived up to expectation or more. My most recent purchases were ROJA Amber Oud, Baccarat Rouge, Creed Aventus and The Night by FM; these are my favourite, the quality is amazing, lasts all day, whilst also getting many compliments. Their prices are reasonable and fair. What more do you need?! I had a small issue with one of the bottles and the customer service, was so efficient and handled my case with care and professionalism. A credit to the company! I have used these guys multiple times and dont think Ill ever waste my time going back to selfridges. Keep it up guys. Stunning!

Simply Avoid! Came across the website and placed my first order. Two weeks later, nothing has arrived. I tried to contact the company via each available means. They don't pick up the phone, don't return voice messages and don't respond to emails. Luckily, I had paid via Paypal so I contacted them and opened a case and got a refund.

I tried to use scent samples for the first time and the website malfunctioned so I ended up making the same order multiple times. After spending a while trying to contact them (they rarely pick up the phone when you call), I managed to speak to an operator who cancelled the duplicates. However, I am still waiting for the original sample to arrive, having ordered it a month ago. I have emailed multiple times, spoken to an operator who told me I would be called back on the same day (a fortnight ago) and am still unable to get in touch with anyone to help. Would not recommend - I still haven't received or been refunded for my original purchase and the customer service is non existent.
