St Mary's Surgery

wrote to doctor Snook asking to give me information on the side effects of the Covid, she said she was unable to answer my questions, those questions included if it stopped transmission, if it stopped infection, if it had any side effects and if anyone had died from taking it, she refused to answer these questions

Called for appointment.receptionist was so rude said name was lily but i doubt that, couldnt be bothered, didnt care totaly unhelpful, i appreciate its busy but getting any kind of help was a waste of time .paula and sue are the only 2 who i rate...she was shocking "do you want a call or not at 3.10pm mon," was her attitude, i do work but that didnt register, answering calls is difficult.ive never met anyone as rude in my life utterly disgraceful.

Great surgery, really felt listened to, helpful, friendly and understood by receptionists and doctors. Only lost a star as there is a new older receptionist in there who has ignored me several times and couldnt smile if she tried, makes me feel uncomfortable and she is a misery
