From the start the service I received from Cheshire Stoves and Fires was spot on. The initial survey visit was done quickly and I was impressed with the knowledge and information given to me during this visit. My quote came through very quickly offering multiple options for my budget. I had some outrageous quotes and some quotes that seemed impossible (and likely poor quality) from other companies but I decided on Cheshire Stoves and Fires as they seemed the fairest price after seeking advice elsewhere. Communication throughout, from quote to installation and even after care has been brilliant, never waiting more than a day for an answer to something and often within an hour or two. The installation was brilliant. They covered the place with dust sheets and helped me some stuff out of the way. I left them to it for the day and came back to a completed fire place and a clean house. I was promptly sent a video instruction on the ideal lighting procedure. Id 100% recommend them to anyone thinking about getting a wood stove installed.

Brilliant service from the first enquiry to the installation & aftercare. Highly recommend! The Hobbit SE fitted very neatly into our existing fireplace as advised & is super toasty.
