Very poor overall. Highly dissatisfied and will be going privately. For example: I presented needing a certain scan (as independently checked by other doctors). Obviously need the scan, but the practice didn't want to arrange it and instead wants someone else to, which makes no difference except that rather than waiting for a few weeks, it will be many months. I get the waiting times for NHS in general are long, but this is artificially making it worse for no reason (plus it costs the NHS more to do this)
