        Nice building with friendly staff. The older male Dr Westwood was, to be frank, quite apathetic. Maybe this has resulted in many years in the field with retirement on the horizon, or maybe it was because I was a young man who he didn't take seriously. Answered questions vaguely and acted with a slightly condescending tone. He isn't someone I'd recommend you go talk to for anything important. He even forgot to book me something for me which he said he would (for this it was his job to not mine). Aside from this everything is perfect. Reception staff are great keep it up!

        What a let down to come in an emergency on a Sunday just to find it closed. Google said it was open.

        Went for Flu jab today. Easy to park, safely distanced, friendly and quick.

        My GPs/Nurses and staff are all good communicators, listen to problems and issues, work with you to find solutions/causes. Usually can arrange telephone/face-to-face (special circumstances at current time} appointments within a short time period. There is a free car park or on-road parking. There are several GP Practices and other clinics at Grove Lane Centre. The waiting area has been adapted for Covid rules, sanitised station at entrance.
