My young child had become very anxious at bedtime due to a disturbance within our home and resulted in numerous wake ups during the night, due to being scared and struggling to go back to sleep. Ginny's medicine made such an improvement with this and after the first few days of taking it the waking up stopped and my child seemed much calmer at bedtime as well. I have struggled with sleep for as long as I can remember. With Ginny's medicine I have seen a significant improvement in both the quantity and the quality of my sleep. Waking up in the morning feeling well rested and revived is wonderful and has had a hugely positive impact on my mental well being as well as my physical health.
