Reception staff dont care, rung up about medication for the dentist as I need a sedative and my dentist recommended to speak to the dr as they dont do sedation, reception said tbey dont deal with dentist situations in the surgery, so they ignored what I said to begin with, after having to keep explaining myself to them they said they dont prescribe that kind of medication (I know they do as a family member has got it before for the same thing) I had to ring back three times going back and fourth with them and my dentist, they still told me they dont deal with it, absolutely annoyed as I cant go to my appointment without the medication, The reception staff always have an attitude, sort it out

I moved here in 2021 with a lot of serious issues and I'm so pleased at the way they have handled me. It was impossible for me to get even seen at my last surgery, even with serious problems. So much better. Thank you for your excellent support.

Rang at 8am this morning. Got an appointment for 10.35. Was treated kindly, and with compassion and understanding. Credit where it is due- can't fault it! Thank you

Possibly the most inefficient and self opinionated reception staff employed by the NHS. What medical qualifications does a receptionist have, to give a medical opinion? When you finally get to speak to a GP, (as the chances of seeing one are close to zero) they are no better! Why would a GP ask what you current medications are? They the ones who have your medical history on a screen in front of them. Shameful excuse for a Surgery, which was once so good.
