Where do I start, Gary and the team are consummate professionals, if you have a mini no matter how far you have to travel go no where else, the knowledge you get with the service is invaluable to say they know their stuff is a understatement, I took my mini in because I had a stage 3 clutch installed and to be kind it wasn't straight forward, i had to send the clutch kit back because of a "unknown" fault whether it be the clutch or mechanic I used the first time, but after Norfolk mini got their hands on it they went above and beyond to make sure nothing could go wrong and after 3 days of driving I think it's safe to say they smashed it out the park the clutch is heavy no fault of theirs but they have made it operate so smooth and seems to solved the issue. Can't thank the boys at Norfolk mini enough won't be the last time I'll be seeing them. Service: Transmission

2 cars bought here this year. Both well priced and in excellent condition fully serviced and ready to go. Good trade in prices and a feeling that these guys really know their stuff. If you want a mini this is the place!
