Twice I've tried to use Agricom (due to recommendation from another horsebox owner), yet nobody calls back or seems to want my money! Last year I was told I was on the 'waiting list' in August when I wanted to book an MOT for December/January, 2nd week of December I phoned up to be told no record or booking.. very annoying. This year I've tried four times to make a booking, 3 on the phone and 4th via the website, still nothing! NOT good customer service!!
