Down Hall Residential Care Home

I want to publicly say a huge thank you to ALL the staff at Downhall but especially Jo and Jackie who were with me when my dear Pops passed away on the 31st Juky 2022. Their empathy and comfort was unwavering and they will be forever in my thoughts. During his time he became well known and had a fantastic relationship with everyone. Louise was always so thoughtful and Karen was always at the end of the phone for any concerns . My mum still resides at the home and they continue to take fantastic care of her with her dementia. Can't thank you all enough.

Thank you Karen and all your staff that cared and looked after Mum in her 9 months stay with dementia mum seemed so happy there . The staff were all very polite and friendly and have had to work extra hard throughout this pandemic so a big hand to them all.

Really lovely Care Home. The Manager and all her staff are so kind and caring. Lots to do if residents want to join in, all planned by Louise. Rooms are cleaned daily and housekeepers are so very kind and friendly too. My Mum has been here since October and has settled well.
