This is a failed company. Their main landline number is disconnected from service and the mobile number provided here on google goes to voicemail. I bought some parts without reading the reviews first foolishly and have since realized that i made a huge mistake trusting these clowns with my money. I've asked for a cancellation and refund, tried to email, call text, leave messages and they have totally gone to ground. I'm having to do a charge back with the bank. The prices look good, but trust me it's not worth it and there plenty of reputable places out there you could use instead. AVOID!!!!

BEWARE - Scammers. They take your money and then stop responding. I ordered a few parts a YEAR ago and I am still today chasing a refund after they said they would refund me. They kept saying the parts were delayed from the manufactures and they were coming. They eventually stopped replying - No product & no refund - I should have checked the other reviews about them doing this because it is true. Absolutely appalling - Anybody thinking of buying car parts go else where. I have raised an inquiry to their local police, they've basically stolen my money.

Really poor experience with JapWestMods. Order taken, money paid in - yet nothing delivered months on. No answers, no refund, nothing. Stay away like the plague.

Maz imported a cube bumper for me at the start of the year, the price was very competitive. He kept me well informed and let me know when there was a delay, which there generally is when it comes to shipping stuff from Japan. The Bumper arrived in good time and in 1 piece. Great service, thank you.

FAILING COMMANY THAT HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY BUT NEVER DELIVERED ON ANY PRODUCT! STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMERS! ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND ALL I GOT WAS AN EMAIL AFTER 9 MONTHS SAYINNG THEY ARE ON THE CASE, SINCE THEN NOTHING, NO MONEY, NO RESPONSE. STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK!
