    Having removed only half the skirting before they fitted new floor tiles, I had to arrange the removal of the rest with another contractor and we still have half inch gaps between floor tiles and new skirting a year later which they've refused to fix. Also two of their guys thought it was acceptable to park on my neighbour's driveway. Terrible.

    this the worst company I have ever experienced badly fitted kitchen I had to pay another carpenter to fit my kitchen properly, no offer of a any refund.they treat there staff like dirt never use this company they are cowboys

    Terrible experience. They were subcontracted to fit a bespoke kitchen last December and one year on we have had a series of other fitters trying to correct their awful initial fitting. Alignment issues, damage to the surfaces, attempts to touch up with paint. We spent a lot of money on this kitchen and so much has had to be replaced it is unbelievable. Wall cabinets not straight- have now been replaced and mounted correctly by another team. Doors not closing properly. Their customer service skills are poor. I essentially fired them stating I have no confidence in their ability to do the job properly. Definitely one to avoid. I have posted 3 pictures. I have many more showing the 'quality' of their work. Response to the Owners comments- There was far more than just 'snagging' work that needed doing. The kitchen design company recognised this and supplied their own fitters to rectify OneCall Solutions poor work. I did not ask for a 'false' statement. I asked for a statement confirming cavities in wall spaces that existed, that their fitter could have confirmed, making it difficult for him to mount wall units securely. OneCall response was they would only provide a statement if I did not give them bad reviews. I did not become 'hostile'. I merely informed OneCall Solutions I did not want them to do any further work as I had no confidence in their ability to do the work to the standard required. I have not got out of paying for any work. Everyone has been paid in full. All the extra work (and cost) required to redo OneCall Solutions poor efforts has been made by the Kitchen design company. No doubt they have passed these costs onto OneCall Solutions. I advise caution if using this company.
